My new HF Antenna is located just out of sight from my flat so the only way to check on it is to go out and physically look at it. That’s not a problem for most people but for me and my disabilities it’s not so easy.

So I’ve picked up an additional Ring Stick Up Battery Powered CCTV camera which I will mount in a location that will allow me to monitor the antenna 24/7 from anywhere in the world but mainly from the shack. This is for no other reason than to make sure there are no problems with it and if there are problems I want to spot them early and deal with them rather than after it falls over and causes some damage.
